Welcome to WedScripts Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the digital wedding invitation services we provide ("Services"). By placing an order or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What we provide

WedScripts Studio creates digital wedding invitations delivered as a unique, shareable web link. Depending on the plan you choose, your invitation may include personalised names, dates, venue details, a countdown timer, an RSVP form, and related features described at the time of purchase. Invitations are hosted by us and remain live for the active period stated for your plan.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown before you confirm payment. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

3. Information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, venue details and any other content you submit for your invitation. We build your invitation from the details you give us. Please review your invitation once it is live and tell us promptly if anything needs correcting.

You confirm that any content you submit is yours to use and does not infringe the rights of any third party or break any law.

4. Delivery and revisions

Delivery times depend on the plan you select and are indicated at the time of purchase. We will email the link to your live invitation to the address you provide. Where your plan includes rounds of edits, those revisions are limited to the number stated for that plan.

5. Active period and renewal

Each invitation is hosted and accessible for the active period stated for your plan. You may extend hosting for an additional period for the renewal fee shown at the time. If the active period ends without renewal, the invitation link may stop working.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our Services for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may suspend or remove any invitation that breaches these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

Our website, templates, designs, and underlying code remain our property. On full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use your finished invitation for your own event. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our templates or designs.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

We work hard to keep invitations available and performing well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order at the time it is placed. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
