Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your invitation. This policy explains when refunds are available. Because our products are personalised digital goods made specifically for your event, please read it before you order.

Refunds approved under this policy are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider. For any billing or refund enquiry, contact us directly at studio@wedscripts.com.

1. Before work begins

If you change your mind and contact us before we have started building your invitation, you are entitled to a full refund. Just email us as soon as possible after ordering.

2. After work begins

Once we have started designing or building your personalised invitation, the work is custom-made for you and is generally non-refundable. This is because the product is created specifically for your event and cannot be resold.

3. If something is wrong

If your delivered invitation contains an error caused by us, or does not work as described, we will fix it promptly at no charge. Please report the issue within 14 days of delivery and give us a fair chance to put it right. If we are genuinely unable to deliver a working invitation that matches what you ordered, you are entitled to a refund.

Email studio@wedscripts.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
